(kind of).
As of lately this is what we hear all day everyday. We finally caught a glimpse of it on video while driving yesterday. I love him & his ability to communicate. He is clearly very passionate about his thoughts.

oh my gosh i love it! i always wonder if they think they are actually saying something or if they just like to hear the babble. my favorite part is when he raises his little arm while saying something…just to drive the point home.
